Spoonflower Pairings
Welcome to In My Basket! I created this section on a total whim because one of my absolute FAVORITE design websites, Spoonflower, is having a sale until Friday at 11:59 p.m. EST. Friends, this is a big deal because Spoonflower doesn’t have many sales that include the wallpaper section of their website and let’s just say, the control freak that runs rampant inside of me just had to let you know about this.
Personally, in this home we have three walls covered with Spoonflower wallpaper that I purchased myself at full price! :) PSA, I just want all you fine ladies and gentlemen to know that I solemnly swear to never ever EVER share a brand with you on this website that I have not purchased myself. My absolute number one goal for this platform is authenticity and I plan on sticking with it.
Two years ago when planning the wallpaper design for the spaces in our home, I combed the internet for wallpaper of every kind. I remember the day that I first ran across Spoonflower, I honestly had over fifty favorites picked out within an hour! If only my house had fifty rooms I could decorate, right?!? Spoonflower’s website is massive and honestly can be overwhelming when you first visit. I thought I’d share some of my favorites from the wallpaper section of their website. Full disclosure, I had way too much fun and created three mock spaces using a few of the choices - you can view all of them below!
About my purchases: When looking at Spoonflower’s website you will notice that there are three options for the type of wallpaper that you can purchase. Personally, I have purchased both the Peel & Stick Removeable Woven and the Prepasted Removeable Smooth. The quality has been fabulous and I’m happy to report that we haven’t seen any peeling in the two years it’s been up on our walls. Normally, I am not a huge fan of Peel & Stick but I really like the woven feel of this wallpaper. It’s located in our playroom and I’ve found that it’s tremendously easy to clean because of it’s texture.
